Took the advice from @Jesse-Infotainment and let it sit overnight. Tried the IPMA again this morning and it worked. Once it was done all of the DTCs cleared as well. Now I have the Gateway Module A update installing now via the USB. Hopefully closer to BC.

Thanks. I’ve stopped for tonight and will try again tomorrow. Everything has gone smooth until this last one.

I've gotten everything installed until the IPMA failed and now I have DTCs like a Christmas tree. I've tried to run it again and it appears to be running but still fails. Attached is a PDFs of a print out of all of the DTCs now.

Is there any specific order I should take with updates for BC? I’ve read the entire thread and using the document from the first page of the thread. I haven’t seen an order listed anywhere to follow. Maybe it doesn’t matter but wanted to doublecheck.

I’m getting the error trying to download as well. Seems the ford servers are down or having an issue. ☹️

I figured out that Amazon sent me a mongoose plus for Lexus instead of Ford. Couldn’t tell looking at the actual Mongoose. After trying everything I could think of I did a return to Amazon and read the box to notice it was the wrong one. ?‍♂️

I tried on a different laptop and same issue. Guess it’s the device. Will try emailing mongoose support to see if they can help.

I've received my Mongoose but it won't activate. It was new from Amazon but I could tell the box had been opened before. Any suggestions? When I plug in to the computer I hear the noise from Windows of a device plugged in and the green light flashes on the mongoose.

If I had an independent repair shop I would be charging something reasonable. Would make a lot of money and help a lot of people.

That would be awesome. Hopefully we can get some confirmations and these updates coming for non early access. Have a trip at the end of the month and would love to have BC for it.

I’ve seen posted where Ford stated it will be 5-7 updates for it to be enabled. Sounds like you have 3 now so getting closer.

Thanks that’s good to know. I was hearing about all these 2.4.x updates and was afraid something got messed up on mine. I wish they would accept me in early access. I’m still wait listed. Emailed the early access team almost a week ago but no reply so far.

same for me. Was getting update after update with no issue. Now sitting at 2.3.0 for over a month.
