Very glad my subscription was included and doesn’t expire until next August. Still wondering what is going on with the BC OTA updates. My understanding is BC 1.4 is out but no explanation from Ford on what is happening with its distribution.

I have a '22 Platinum and still waiting on any type of BlueCruise update. I am disappointed in the unclear communications from Ford about the OTAs and on how to know how to receive them and when there is a problem with them being disseminated.
