Thanks for the feedback. I don't see any Tools menu. I have an XLT with the 12" display, not the bigger display. I looked in the Settings and Features menus but didn't see any item that looked appropriate. Am I in the right place? Alan

My Lightning XLT has a Rhino Lining that is really professionally installed. It looks beautiful and of course protects the bed. I bought this truck used but I assume the bed liner was installed by Ford.

I tried the BMS reset as suggested above with no luck. The update still fails. I guess I'll ignore it for now. The update process is a PITA compared to Tesla. My Model Y gets updated about very month and it's a seamless process, no issues of any kind. Regards, Alan

Thanks guys still no luck here. I rebooted Sync as suggested. The Lightning still tries to connect to Comcast networks as I'm driving around and displaying error messages. My only recourse is to turn off Wifi. Is anyone else seeing the behavior as seen in my original post? Thanks, Alan Rovner
