I got my truck back on track last week, so I was in pretty much the same spot as you, @Jatton. Except I got an error when trying to charge it.
My dealership waited for three weeks and just replaced the module that triggered the "power malfunction" error. Since then, I have made a few trips, one...
The described steps did not work for me. After the latest update, my frunk starts popping up just a little. So, I hoped I would be able to fix it myself.
My car finally arrived. Dealership offered additional $1000 off, so total price was reduced for $8500. They offered 5.99 APR financing from Tri County Area FCU. Hope this info will help someone.
I start getting updates almost every day. My car sitting ~40 Miles away on a rail car. Have not seeing that with others. But at least it entertains me every morning.
My delivery estimate was 10/25/2023 - 10/31/2023, so I visited my dealership to gather more data.

Blend date: 9/18
In Production: 9/21
Lariat ER, Spray in, Max Tow.
Maybe our trucks get red/yellow lights on Quality Control, or it is just a random process.
I got an update yesterday that my truck is still In Production. The phone agent was not able to provide any new info.
My Last Updated was changed to yesterday, but no visible changes on progress. Except I can now click on "Activate" in FordPass. Out of boredom I click on it, but I think it is time to call Ford and ask what is going on.
I stop assuming that it takes longer due to my choices. Spray in, no mobile cord, no power steps, max tow, lariat er. In prod since 9/21.
I just hopping they don't use my car to build that car-fence.
