    Your diagnosis is probably in Fords servers now. Any dealer that brings up your VIN for service will see it. Computers decide if a part is under warranty

    Don't forget to charge to 100% occasionally. I usually do it every 3 or 4 months

    Half my house is in BT range of truck. No 12v issues with WAL. Did have 12v issues when I forgot to disconnect carscanner after shutting down truck

    I un-installed fordpass over the weekend. When I reinstalled it prompted me to set up PAAK again. Hopefully this will fix it. Thanks @Ford Motor Company and everyone for their input

    They don't replace individual cells. They replace whatever module contains a bad cell. There are 9 modules in the lightning
