    I have two Schumacher 16 amp 240v chargers and they are amazing. Used them on both my Plug-in, my lighting in both 120 and 240 configurations. You can pick them up new (open box) on EBay for around $75-$100. Been using one now for 3.5 years without issue.

    $0.135 off peak for Pacific Power here in the Willamette Valley of the good old state of Oregon. That includes all the annoying fees and such. Our TOU discount sucks so really it is $0.16 or 0.17 prior to doing the TOU.
