It depends on your financial position. 7500 dollar tax credit is only good if you have a 7500 dollar tax liability. You can get a slightly used lightning for much less than 7500 dollars difference. A used lightning with 5k on it probably had a previous owner who just didn't get along with the...
I think the only result would be adding cycles to your battery at a higher rate. If your battery is good for 1000 cycles you will reach it sooner than someone at 55 mph. Insignificant
I joined long before my truck arrived, as I had a 2 year wait it was most helpful. I probably knew more about this truck before I bought it than any other purchase. I also had the advantage of being an ev owner before the truck arrived. It made it easier to separate the BS from the facts.
I understand subsidies. Politics aside, if that is your entire business plan you are vulnerable to the whim of the government. That is never a good place to be. Oil and gas is way to powerful to loose their money. I wouldn't want to be a farmer. Some companies stake their entire business on it...
There are a lot of businesses that are totally dependent on subsidies for their revenue. It is a very flawed business plan in the long term. I do not think sun run was thinking long term. It is a get your money and get out company.
I opened mine when it was new an vowed never to open it again. Same with the back window. I wanted a lariat with the big battery and thats what I had to get.
Ford could still force you to arbitration over the lemon claim. They could argue that you got a discounted price because of the title status. If the arbiter agrees you are done. The warranty status is irrelevant as the argument is not their willingness to repair but their ability.
Just curious, when you buy a branded title do you retain your right to lemon laws or do you accept it as a former lemon. I just wondered how many time Ford could potentially have to buy back the same truck.
I don't know why the sales people don't explain this before the purchase. They would have a lot more content customers and I doubt that the truth would be a deal breaker.
I was traveling and had to wait for a charger , it was a very warm day. The charger i got had been used by some kind of kia and the most I could get out of it was 50 kw. A Bolt moved from another charger so I moved and charged at 120 kw. The point being is the slow charging Bolt allowed the...
I doubt this would be a reoccurring thing. It was either assembled wrong or one of the parts they are replacing was machined wrong. Either way both possibilties will be solved by the repair.
