  2. What’s your exit plan for the truck?

Hold onto it for at least 5 years, then maybe, trade up to the latest technology. I'll be about 75 at that time, so my next one could be my last.. I'll decide very carefully.

  6. F150 Lariat in stock Orlando FL $30K over MSRP

Its been great, except when some mice ate the wiring harnesses and they had to remove the interior, and replace the carpeting and wiring harness. $8500. My insurance paid minus the $250 deductible. Other than that, I love it! Did you get another Lightning? OH BY THE WAY... When they took our...

This is the easiest to understand explanation for those who refuse to think about the costs of infrastructure, etc.
  9. F150 Lariat in stock Orlando FL $30K over MSRP

Interesting. While looking to print a sticker for my Ford Lightning, I found this post with my VIN. I purchased this Lightning for $58k last August as part of Ford's RAV program. It had 21,000+ miles on it. Makes me wonder how much the original owner actually paid for it. I think it did come...
  10. NACS Adapter Now Available + Ford EV Owners Can Now Charge on Tesla Superchargers in U.S., Canada! 🙌

Ok everyone. After going through everything with Ford Customer Service, they got IT involved. It appears that the previous owner still had a balance or something. They fixed the data. I was able to log into connected services finally, then reserve my Tesla adapter. EST delivery is September! Ugh.

  14. NACS Adapter Now Available + Ford EV Owners Can Now Charge on Tesla Superchargers in U.S., Canada! 🙌

Ok, tried it. Same result. Weird, and frustrating. I even tried viewing the page source to see if I could find a link that goes directly to the Blue Oval Sign up page without going through the Connected Devices dashboard.

  16. NACS Adapter Now Available + Ford EV Owners Can Now Charge on Tesla Superchargers in U.S., Canada! 🙌

Still have not been able to reserve the adapter. Keep getting an OOPS error message going into connected services from my Ford Pass app, or from the web, after logging in. Anytime, day or night I called customer support and they said I needed to join the Blue Oval network. I thought I had, but...
  17. 10 Ply Tire effects on miles per kwh

I live on a gravel road, and haul about 6000lbs of water every few weeks. I've had a couple of flats. My tire guy says I should replace my tires with 10 plys. I would also like a more aggressive tread. Has anyone here done this, and what is the effect on mi/kwh or total range? Robert
  18. Floor mats recommendations? - Lightning Lariat

Ok, I went with Tuxmat, in spite of the one caveat. They look to have very good coverage, and not all of the others had the option for the lay flat toolbox under the rear seats, which mine has. Kinda pricey, but less than some of the others. Thanks everyone for your input!
  19. Floor mats recommendations? - Lightning Lariat

Does anyone have a recommendation for the Lightning Lariat? Well made, already cut to fit, preferably. TIA!
