    Marc, sorry to hear about your problems. Several of us that had issues with DCFC but we're able to charge on level 2 had our problems resolved when the actuator was replaced. Now, your problem seems a little different in that you are able to start a DCFC session, but has your dealer verified...

    Final update, I got the truck back and was able to test yesterday. I was able to DC fast charge without issue on the first try. They replaced the actuator in the charge port. If it is helpful to anyone, the part is LJ9Z 10D737A. Jetfixr1, yes, it was a 65kw charger that I originally had issues...

    Thinking of the user interface, can you program a button for ER and SR batteries rather than typing in a kwh amount. If people wanted to lower the capacity, they could enter in a derate amount, maybe default to 98% since all our trucks are relatively new.

    I had full power available coming home and I was able to charge to 80% that night, my normal setting, so I hope it is not a module. Staying positive for the moment.

    I have only tried two other times, once as a test when I first got the truck at the Shell charger I mentioned and the the other time at the first Charge Point yesterday. Neither of those were recent attempts.

    I have a 6 mile drive to work, I plug in every night and charge to 80%. If I need more for the next day, then I override to a higher percentage.

    I am not brave enough to drive the Dubuque - Madison stretch since it is a charging desert. Abetterrouteplaner does not have good options for that stretch in cold weather.

    I have used the truck to power electric jack hammers and dewatering pumps where there was no other convenient way to power otherwise.
