I’ve had good experiences with Jim Tidwell Ford in Kennesaw. They’ve done all of my CSPs and routine maintenance. Usually get an appointment the next day and completed same day. I’ve never really needed any serious “work“ done like a module swap, so that might be a different story but I liked them.

I received this today as well for my ‘23. I would like to think it’s in preparation for some nice new upgrade (BC, walk away lock, etc) but I’m probably being naive. Have any ‘22s received this?

I use ABRP for my planning, but I do not have live data via an OBD dongle. Do you feel it’s worth the investment? If so, which make/model do you suggest (and any supporting apps) for an apple iOS user. Thanks,
