Update: It was my ELM 327 OBDII adapter. I needed to tell Forscan to auto increase the Baud Rate. They also gave me the .64 test build, so between those two things I now have Glare Free and BC with lane change and centering.

Did just that. Figured that if I don't say anything it's not going to get addressed as quickly.
