Have you had alignment done after leveling kit install? The camber might be out. And usually, if the front end lifted 2" or more, you'd need new (longer) upper control arms to be a to get alignment in spec.
Decrease the pressure by about 2/3. So, if your tires normally inflated at 45psi, you can lower to about 15psi.
That if you have 18" wheels.
But if you have "skinnier" tires with smaller sidewall (20" and 22" wheels) I wouldn't go below 25psi.
