This is a known issue. I bought my 2023 in early January and the sales person told me this was an issue and that Ford would have an update to fix it. I brought it in for service twice and they installed updates that fixed it. Take it back to your dealer and ask them to update.
What a complete BS answer! @Ford Motor Company needs to do better for its customers. I've had mine installed for almost 2 weeks with the same issue—garbage treatment.
Yup - I had my FCSP installed last week and have not been able to connect it to the FordPass app. Apparently, Ford's servers are down. It works as a dumb charger until this issue is resolved.
Apparently the servers are still down. I called Ford customer support this morning and had to wait 30 minutes with a very bored and condescending customer service rep to finally tell me that the servers were down.

OK @TaxmanHog I did a factory reset and was able to get the station connected to my wifi. When I go to add the station with the exact station ID and password I am getting a "chargepoint not found" notification.

I had an electrician run everything to set up for the 80 amp CSP. I connected to it and set it up on my home network and then when it automatically opened the Ford Pass App, it gave me an error message and couldn't see the CSP. My electrician wanted to test something so we turned the power off...
