That is why I assume it was a software glitch. The truck sent me several messages with regard to reaching some pro power limit and shut down. Perhaps you can come up with another reason why the truck lost power and eventually stopped cold.
About a mile from the house my new 2023 Lightning began to lose power and stopped, with no way to move it out of the travel lane. The message received was: "Pro Power setting is nearly reached. Lower the setting via the SYNC screen to continue using Pro Power Onboard." This made no sense to me...
My dealer forgot to order my Lightening, and when it finally came they insisted I pay about $700 for the charger that I insisted should have come free with the truck. Months later Sunrun sent me a second charger. I returned the second charger to the dealer and they refunded my earlier payment.
