Update: My wife was informed of my dilemma and completely solved my problem. She drives a Nissan btw… I’m not exactly sure what she did, but she said my vpn may have something to do with it. She also deleted and redownloaded Ford Pass.. I don’t know the actual solution.. But shoutout to my wife.

Even my charge logs never pull data. I actually thought folks would chime in and say they faced similar challenges but this seems to be a me thing. I’ll check the settings but I don’t really know what I’m looking for. Wish me luck 🍀

I just got it a week ago or so and hadn’t changed anything. I hear things stop working if you disable privacy settings, so I left all that alone. If I have something disabled that messes with the charge session details, I’m not sure what it may be.

So interesting.. I have updated the app. I’m not sure if I need a software update on the vehicle but I have only seen this work once. Then never again.

I don’t rely on these details, but it’s annoying that it appears to never load them. I always have empty data. Is it just me? Does this work for any of you?

Im in Texas, so the cooling seats is a nice touch. And I do have the Lariat, so this is why I was concerned in the first place. I will look into this CoverCraft though. Thanks!

Hey there. I am exploring accessories to preserve the interior and I am curious if anyone has seat covers and how the seat heating/cooling is impacted. Any recommended covers that do not limit the heating/cooling?
