Totally would have paid the extra couple hundred for a lifetime if was offered at purchase time over the 2100 for 3 years... bummer they arn't asking current folks for a 1 time payment to opt into lifetime for only like 400 bucks. Seems like an easy money maker for ford...
Do we have a thread where folks can post to see if someone with a NASTF/VSP account/credentials are available in our area and willing to login folks in so they can complete their BCM updates? If I can't find someone in the Northern Virginia area/DC Metro area, I might consider signing myself...
Turns out to me a moot point as I woke up to a fordpass notification that it has been installed on my truck. Still may pick up a 2 day FDRS pass though to install any other updates pending in there for the truck :)
Is this something, I would be able to apply via FDRS? I am about due to grab another weekend worth of access and apply anything pending on the vehicle. I have been thinking that roughly quarterly would be a good rhythm for updates that way.

Just finished installed software updates. Avoided the PCM but accidentally selected ABS and it ended up updating the PCM as part of the dependent updates. Seemed to install ok. Unfortunately, FDRS crashed when verifying GWM software update. When I restarted FDRS the software update had...
Is it common to have occasional crashes of FDRS? I have had 2 so far while using the software. Luckily it doesn’t seem to have caused any issues to any modules. I just restarted the software updates once i reopened fdrs and all was good.
That’s actually where i started at, but it didn’t fix it… which is why i went to the reinstall. Been at this for a few hours so far. The power supply i got has been rock solid in the 14.2-14.4 range :)
