Thanks for the help y'all. They are suggesting to install this panel https://www.homedepot.com/p/Reliance-Controls-10-Circuit-30-Amp-Manual-Transfer-Switch-Kit-310CRK/205793178. Which looks to me like it doesn't switch the neutral so wouldn't work with the lightning?
