  1. FCSP fast blinking blue light when truck not plugged in

Good call. I called the Ford one and was told I was downreved on firmware, however I don’t think the person I was talking to understands semantic versioning and the version they said I needed was an old one. I will find the Siemens number and call them today. Thank you for this suggestion!
  2. FCSP fast blinking blue light when truck not plugged in

I noticed a while ago that when I unplug my truck the light on the FCSP fast blinks blue. It otherwise works great and I have no issues charging my truck at full speed since I have a 100A circuit and a 2023 with the dual onboard chargers. Anyone seen something like this? The manual does not...
  3. SYNC Update 25.2.4.9 APIM

I think I am going to start using the native nav if they ever bless the 2022/2023 trucks with this. The advantage is that it does preconditioning. Now if you are an Android user you have this now, but not us IOS users. I hope Ford doesn’t abandon us <2024 Lightnings.
  4. Add Charge enhanced charge settings

Update, as was mentioned nothing for <2024 trucks. I just checked my truck in PTS and there are no APIM updates. There is an update that supposedly fixes an active airdam DTC and associated other modules but none of the “good stuff”.
  5. Lightning Software Updates using FDRS

Perhaps this is part of the big update some dealer techs have been told about, that brings parity software-wise to their fleet. While I certainly hope Ford doesn’t discontinue this awesome truck, if they do, at least we will have most of the latest functionality. All things that make the...
  6. ECG2-25.2.8.5 UPDATE

Thank you for checking. Hopefully these are next inline.
  7. ECG2-25.2.8.5 UPDATE

For all those who got this, any 22-23 MY trucks?
  8. Add Charge enhanced charge settings

This is great news and something I have been waiting for since NACS support rolled out. If we can use the native nav and have it vector to Tesla Superchargers then we get the other nice things like preconditioning and the ability to monitor the fast charge remotely (I.e., when we stop at a...
  9. Add Charge enhanced charge settings

I would love to have a working advanced charging screen without all of the errors. Think this is the last thing I could hope for as I have integrated all of the other changes including charge speed in IPC, PP with the ignition off. Wish that Ford had provided these things, but they don’t so FDRS...
  10. Add Charge enhanced charge settings

I put the change into place today but reverted it due to inconsistencies. I already have the rate in IPC on my 2023 so I guess I don’t really need this on the Sync screen. I would like to know if there are some other changes needed to make these settings a little less odd. I.e, like the 100%...
  11. Interesting Observation: Choppy audio with CarPlay and 18.4 / 18.4.1

If it was it would have been a secret one. The only OTA I have had this year was in March and CarPlay was definitely choppy after that.
  12. Interesting Observation: Choppy audio with CarPlay and 18.4 / 18.4.1

Old post but I wanted to circle back around and report that all choppiness is gone with my new iPhone Air and 26.0.1. I have not gotten the choppy audio at any of the previous locations where this would happen. I am not sure the thing that fixed it since the early 26.0.0 on my previous iPhone...
  13. Enabling charge speed on dash.

I had to go back and reapply the bits I had changed for the mods I did like matrix headlights. I kept all the changes done in a notepad so it was relatively painless. All of them are in the first couple of pages in the Forscan thread.
  14. Enabling charge speed on dash.

I did this mod sometime back. Have a stable 100a power supply (overkill). One important thing after you load the firmware is to apply the asbuilt from the model year that had this IPC version else you may have some weird operational bugs. I have put many thousands of miles on the truck since...
  15. IOS 26 RC improved PaaK considerably (for me)

No worries. This is the Release Candidate. Apple usually releases this a week before releasing the GA General Availability version. It represents what is likely to be released to the general public. I choose not to mess with the beta’s but when the major iOS version goes RC I install it. Now I...
  16. IOS 26 RC improved PaaK considerably (for me)

I don’t want to jinx it. I have been using iOS 26 RC build for a week now and my PaaK performance is now flawless. No more having to fumble for the phone to reopen the app I had open 10 mins ago, just to get the truck to recognize it. Also the lights come on constantly when approaching. May be a...
  17. Lightning Software Updates using FDRS

That is probably the one I should have gotten as mine is overkill. These PS’s are beasts and run fine off of regular 15A 120v plugs.
  18. Lightning Software Updates using FDRS

As far as the power supply I purchased and use this beast and it is rock solid. I have used it for some long running firmware updates. I have the POT dialed in at 14.4 volts and it just trucks along. My longest module load was well over 4 hours and had no issues. Pricey but worth the peace of...
