Is there any programming available at all to eliminate or at least increase the current 107 MPH speed limiter? I'm not interested in all the reasons why it is in place or that 107 MPH is fast enough. I just want to know if there is any legit programming out there to change it. Thanks!
I have not had all of these problems. In fact, I have had no issues at all so far with this truck. I took it to the dealer and asked for some specific updates. They told me that pushing the updates I was requesting COULD cause all of these problems. In my opinion, it was a scare tactic...
The Last Update I received was - ECG-24.2.4.9
And 100% on Crappy dealers....and it was no different with Chevrolet and its no different with Cadillac either. Covert is the WORST!

The obvious problem is getting the dealer to actually push it thru. You will also need an APIM update to place a toggle on the screen to turn this feature on/off. with just the BCM update, it will default to on and you cannot turn it off.
