I contacted SunRun to have them install a new charger. They said they are using Qmerit to do that for them now. Maybe they are separate but they are working with/for SunRun.

Qmerit is the new name for SunRun - the original installer recommended by Ford for the charging system installation. They changed their name because their reputation is SO bad. That’s all you need to know about them.

Unfortunately, this is the type of service you can expect from SunRun. They are a clown car company who doesn’t know their left hand from their right. I don’t know why Ford keeps recommending and referring them. Must be lucrative for them somehow.

Charging is easy. The advertising that you can power your house during an outage is an outright scam.

Same here. But, I just took it and have been sick about it ever since. On top of the truck rip off, I fell for the reverse charger scam and paid top dollar for that and the damn thing hasn’t worked once in 2 years. Ford continues to screw me daily.
