I agree. It seems that the technician is very busy. It took just over two weeks for them to even diagnose.

It’s been a month since I took my 2024 Platinum in for a Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power to the dealership. Apparently it’s a bad battery array. 5,000 miles on it. 😔
