The closest I've been to "magic" when is when I was Central and South America, but I saving that for when I'm old and broken and it won't matter if I make it worse... There is/was more "Parmesan" and less "magic" in those countries. ;)...
That is an impressive collection of mushrooms, I love being out in the woods, I did 22 years in the military in the "extreme rucking club", traveling all over the world, but my favorite place is the Appalachian trail in Virginia...
I’m in the market for 20’s and have been looking at fully forged Atomics they are selling for $600 a wheel but only weigh30 lbs. I suspect the gravity cast stock wheels in 20 inch weigh about 38 lbs each and you sell them for about $150 to $200 each depending on condition.
Mine does it about 50% of the time in my 2024 Platinum... I usually switch to radio then back and it on occasion will regain audio. This is same crap I deal with in my 20 year old FJ, I put a Pioneering floating screen system in (almost $2K just for the head unit + install) and the damn thing...
crushed my drivers side today on my Anti-Matter Blue truck, went to stealer, they quoted me $1800, I jumped on eBay and found one for $600. attached are the install instructions...
I just crushed my drivers side Anti-matter Blue mirror, stealer wanted $1800, was able to find one on eBay for $600 in the correct color. I may have some left over parts if you are looking for something.

That might help explain why they lose so much money on every EV they sell. Sounds like they should take advantage of the Tesla open source patents, it looks like Ford followed suit and made their EV patents open source as well.
My friends of coal license plate, with my favorite political candidates name on them quickly resolves any issues around making assumptions about my view of "Clean" energy and my politics.

Well stated, you must be my virtual twin, I have stock in both companies and have CT that sitting in the configuration inbox. Ford just had a product first. I wish they had adopted the Tesla OS, then the transition would have been so easy.

I have a 2024 Platinum with Pro Power and Max Tow with the stock on 275/50/22 General Grabber HTS60 tires inflated to 49 PSI.. I drove from Radford VA to Centreville VA (240 miles), I didn't use the heat pump, just seat heaters and steering wheel heater, drove 70 to 75 MPH most of the way, did...
We had a Scout II when I was a kid and travelled all over Afghanistan in it (1976-1979), until the Russians showed up it was a great place.
I don't think I would ever buy a VW Scout, it just looks like a Rivian without the LUX, plus the wife would shoot me, we already have a Lightning and and...
Outside of 5 Teslas (3 S's, X, & Y), this is my first domestic vehicle purchase and first pickup in 40 years of driving the following brands: Toyota (FJ, Sienna Limited), VW (Rabbit 79 (Diesel), Rabbit 82(Diesel), Jetta 84 (TDI), Passat Wagon (TDI), Passat Wagon 1.8T), Acura (Integra), Honda...
EV Owner since 2013 (5 Teslas; 3 S's, 1 X, 1 Y + Zero FX Motorcycle) Cancelled my CT Cyber Beast and picked up a 2024 Platinum ($20K price reduction + zero % APR, sealed the deal for me, I didn't get the $7500 fed rebate, due to personal financial situation)

Today coming back down from Skyline Drive, my efficiency was over 20, should I expect to see 2620 miles of "range" tomorrow? 20* 131 KWh =2,620 miles right?
I am definitely not going for the Brodozer look, just want better efficiency, been slowing down from my usual highway speed ~80 MPH kills the range, I could get about 200 miles doing that in my old Model S, but the aero profile on this truck cuts it way down to ~140 miles @ 80.
You are probably right, the aero on this truck is similar to a brick. I did a much lighter wheel setup on my old Model S moving from 21's to 19's and gained about 12% with better EV tires and wheels that were only l9 lbs verses the old stock 21's that weighed about 34 lbs each.
My truck is...
The S77/S81's are only 17 inches, and cold rolled "forged". The Atomics are 20 inch (street config) mono block forged weigh 30 lbs, the Atomics in 17 inch config (off road) are 32 lbs with the added weight being the "fugazzi" bead lock look.
