I don’t think that’s correct. I’ve had advanced driver training due to being in the fire service.
I can drive the Lightning in the snow. I’m just saying the Rivian snow mode makes it levels above the Lightning in the snow.

Take it to the dealer. Don’t listen to anyone telling you to adjust the strike plate. I read on one forum about using a piece of wood and tapping the strike plate. I ended up shearing the back of the strike plate it’s been a complete nightmare.
