  1. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

Good suggestion! I can’t see the insulation making it any worse and, for the cost, definitely worth a shot. I’ll probably try the same
  2. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

Battery passed the test so they didn’t end up replacing it. Not sure what to do now except continue to monitor. It hasn’t been as bad for the last week or so even with the weather being very cold. Going to try to get the remote start fob programmed again as that’s all I really care about from...
  3. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

I’ve got an appointment this week for them to check out and (hopefully) change the 12V battery. Reading some other threads that seems to be the common source of similar issues for others. Will update once I get it back if that was the case for mine too. Oddly enough, my door keypad stopped...
  4. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

How did you end up programming this? I’ve tried probably 20 different options from other threads and no luck. The closest I get is it says “Key Program Failure” at the last step so at least it’s recognizing the fob exists
  5. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

It’s a “dumb” version of the Grizzl-e. Would having preferred charge times in the Ford Pass app impact that? I have it set to charge from 9pm-8am but assumed since that was programmed on the vehicle side rather than the charger it would override and draw if needed since the charger is always...
  6. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

These are both great suggestions, thanks! I like the alternate fob solution as it would be convenient to have both options for remote start. I assume that means you lose the frunk button but don’t use that much anyways.
  7. Remote Start Issues Post-Update

For the first year, the remote start in Ford Pass worked awesome. Ever since the last OTA update however, my truck seems to enter the battery saver power down mode overnight at much warmer temperatures than before (one night of -15C now compared to multiple nights of -30C before) and, as a...
  8. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Issue hasn’t reappeared for me but I still have my dealer service appt on Tuesday next week. Wonder if it’s still worth bringing it in? Bit of a hassle with getting shuttle rides etc
  9. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Thanks, that’s good to hear. I haven’t actually been able to get the update yet as it sounds like it’s still in Early Access, so my most recent was 10.1.1. I’ll try charging at lunch and provide any updates if the warning returns as well as info my dealer provides.
  10. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Update: Just started the vehicle after letting it sit in the parking lot unplugged for 2 hrs and the wrench is gone. I see there is talk on the forum of an OTA software update 10.3 for the Powertrain that states “We have updated your vehicle's software to prevent an unnecessary service warning...
  11. FordPass NOT displaying the current state of charge and unable to set to 100%

Try pulling Fuse 32 in the passenger fuse box, had this same issue and worked for me. Issue is with the modem connecting so need a hard reset. See thread: https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/fordpass-not-communicating.24504/
  12. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Got the Powertrain System Fault message on my 24 Flash on my way to work this morning. Power was limited to 71% but then within a few minutes went back to 100% (my commute is only ~5km), however the wrench light remained on. Contacted the dealership, told them the issue/message and they said I...
