Oh man. Its been a while since I've hit these forums. All these trucks are looking dope, guys and gals. Love the factory wheels with new tires.
I have a 21 fx4 with the factory 20s and 285/65/20 ko2's without a level. Been rocking them for 10 months. As mentioned in a previous post, there is...
I dunno. Could be the chunkier tread of the ko2’s? Others in this forum happily report 285/65/20’s with absolutely zero rubbing. All i can tell you is that my ‘21 xlt fx4 did rub with my upgraded tires. But it was ever-so-slight. Only at full turn, grazing the front rubber dam. Nothing concerning
I have 285/60/20’s KO2’s on factory sport wheels without a level. Fits 99% perfect. Just a tiny bit of rubbing at full turn on the rubber fairing in front. I shaved off a milliliter using a dremel.
Some users have reported that their dealer offered them significant savings off a new set tires if they traded them in - as much as $150 per tire. I had no such luck with my dealer here, so I sold them on the used market, rather easily actually. There were quite a few offers within a couple of...
Unless you are getting a really good deal on oem liners or really like the “f150” stamping, many will recommend going with husky, weathertech, 3dmaxpider, etc which cost about the same. Added benefits are more coverage and coverage under the gas pedal.
+1 for tailgate pads. This is the primary method of transporting bikes oin trucks up here in Vancouver. I got the Dakine DLX Curve pad (size large) and it's perfect for the new f150s and Rams with the thicker and curved tailgates. Also compatible with backup cameras.
I do a lot of riding with...
I remember seeing that a few mins ago, but for the life of me I cant find that thread. It was red, right? maybe a KR?
In any case, I remember thinking it looked great, but I was rather skeptical on the claim of no rubbing. It looked really tight. I'll be doing some light off-roading with my...
Being this truck is brand new with many owners still waiting on delivery, I too am anxiously awaiting confirmation and photos of new tires on the factory 20" wheels without a leveling kit. There are conflicting reports of what the maximum size is without issues. Looking to get K02s and have...
Thanks so much @05RubiconLJ for these charts. They are incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Here at my local tire shops, the K02 285/60/20's are $100 cheaper per tire than the 295/60/20's. Crazy. Currently I'm in the research phase - factoring in change in feel, mileage, longevity and of...
I am going to be following this thread and see what results people are posting. I too wish to keep the stock 20" rims because I just love the look of them. I do NOT love the look of the Dynapro AT2's though and want to upgrade them without a level. Was looking into the K02's, AT3W's or Ridge...
