Just to close the loop on this one - sold my X and got a Lightning Platinum. Love the Lightning, but the software is terrible; that's the only thing I miss coming from a Model X. I may go back to a Model X in a few years when my wife lets me switch.

Thanks. I already checked the jack assembly, but will try cleaning the moon roof. If I had the option to get a Platinum without the moon roof, I'd have been all for it.

Oh God. What have I done? The rattles on my Model X were driving me insane and the Lightning was supposed to be rattle free and quiet. lol

Unfortunately, it's not the seat belt. Seems to be coming from around the door seals.

For anyone wondering, this is how I routed the cable to stay out of the way of the airbags

Was able to run it down the a-pillar and under the bottom door seal and back up at the back of the truck. Looks like I got some rattles now from the rear, so I'll chase that down tomorrow.

That's what I want to avoid. Running it that way most likely impedes the airbag.
