For the dealerships that offer lifetime warranties on their new vehicles, I wonder if the Lightning will be included in that. And if it is, what all will fall under the powertrain for that lifetime warranty? Would the battery be considered part of the powertrain?

Wondering why I’m seeing some trucks with plastic slots in the lower bumper grille and others with no plastic slots there. Are some people removing theirs or did some just not come with the grille insert?

I usually just step on top of the tire to reach the windshield and front edge of the roof, use the bed for the back glass and most of the roof, then use the door sills for the sides of the roof. However, this looks like it would be useful for you.

Has anyone put in headrest screens or done the Ford Accessories tablets with mounts? Looking to add something for the kids in the rear seats but wanted to see what others have done and the experiences with it.

I’m more looking at factory locations like the ambient lit cup holders and such. I know there are hundreds of ways that I can just add some lighting to the foot wells, but I want to match the subtle factory look.

Has anyone looked into what would be needed to add ambient lighting to an XLT? I liked that addition on the Lariat and above trim levels but it wasn’t worth the upgrade to that level for me. Would like to add it at some point though.

Thanks. I had ordered some from an EBay seller but they aren’t the same model #. The ones I ordered are 91148BC which are 1.40” tall vs 1.62” tall. Aside from that they are the same. I wonder if they will work?

I don’t have FORScan yet because my truck has been built and sent to incomplete space somewhere ……. But I thought I watched a video where newer versions of FORScan allowed you to make changes by simple option selections instead of changing codes/numbers. Am I wrong on that or does it not apply...

I’m going to need some more info on the 8” to 12” gauge swap and the wireless charger add on. I wonder how hard it would be to add the sliding compartment cover like the lariat and up models have where the wireless charger is?

There is a video on youtube from a couple of guys who have figured out how to disable the cylinder deactivation. Seems very simple as its just a fuse at the batter that you disconnect.

Is there not a new version of Forscan where you can read each item and enable/disable/change each by line item instead of going in and changing numbers?
