I've been rotating religiously. I'm thinking its the weight of the lightning that has caused this. Its not like I'm pushing the truck on every traffic light.

My General garbage grabbers HTS are all worn at 20K. I'm not getting a HWY tire again on my lightning. I always thought they were too soft for the truck. Current front runner is Scorpian ATR... tirerack has decent reviews. I dont need an all out all terrain tire... I'd appreciate a word from...

I've a loaner RAM 1500 as jeep is in for service and I love the truck. Then I had to stop at the gas station... ouch. I got 15 mpg. This thing has a humongous tank i'm seeing 500 range SMH truth be told I see at least 1 ICE in our household for the foreseeable future

are you referencing the speed rating H? why do we care lightning can only do 110 mph max.

my biggest gripe is tread life. Even though its rated at 116 for load, its a very soft tire meant for highway driving and comfort. If I'm lucky i'm going to get 18K out of it while its rated for 65K.

Don't buy general grabbers... its a rubbish tire and should have never been on lightning.

Drivers are paid to tow. Typically they hurry up and get out as most people will be upset to see their car being towed. You can call tow company but I don’t see you having any luck with them. if your motor is damaged which I don’t think is the case, you do have manufacturer warranty

to start live south of mason dixon 😀 I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I have 20 mile rush hour commute one way. Rarely do I hit 60 mph. I’m typically getting 220 miles on a 90% charge. For city duty you don’t need more than SR.

to be fair, it’s not their job to educate. It’s consumers job to educate themselves. They are there to sell product that’s pretty much it.

Stellantis/Jeep is now using android based system in new grand Cherokee. Customization puts sync4 to shame, it’s intuitive and works like a charm.
