There are no regs for DRLs as long as the color is a factory color (white/amber). And why? Because I love the way Amber DRLs look against white and black :)

Wow that was SUPER informative @KBKEITH! Thank you for all of that information, that helps way more than you know haha. So with all that being said, I don't think I want to go in and mess with removing the LEDs. My normal hobbyist soldering iron probably can't handle that kind of heat output...

Does anyone know if its possible to change the DRLs from white to amber? If so, is there a tutorial online somewhere about it? Would it probably require me to switch out the actual LEDs to amber or RGB ones?
