You might want to check out Gaia GPS app as well. It works with Android Auto and continues to track your position even when your cell service is spotty or non-existent. Great for back country and remote areas.

I realized after adding a Leer cap with interior lights that the lighting within the bed was good enough. I use it for camping and that would provide more light than I needed.
The install comes with taps and instructions as to where and what wires you will tap. Take a look at the F150LEDs...
I had these in the old rig and will install them in the new rig when my Leer cap gets built. Under rail bed lights are great or you can upgrade your factory bulbs with brighter LEDs.

Ask a few mechanics around the motor pool if they can help you do it yourself. Save some money and you will know it was done exactly as you want it. A case of beer and chow might work. Good luck.
