Been running the regular 2.0 and am quite satisfied. It seems to be surviving winter just fine. If I ever need to replace it, I'll look into the signature.
Still happy with the Extang Trifecta 2.0. I did not see anything that could tuck a front wheel under. I also did not want anything resting agains the back of cab / window.
Taking it off takes about 3min and same to re-install it. When I haul the TE300i, I just take the cover off.
The Xceed...
I'm starting to look for separate winter wheels and I'm seeing a few stock wheels ("18) from gen 13th trucks (TPS sensor included) for sale on FB market place. Of none of the add state the wheel specs (offset, width, etc), just wheel diameter and tire size (when included).
I'm safe to assume...
I would love to see the same test (as close as possible to max capacity) in the same conditions with other brands. I surmised the results would be quite similar.
Without a test completed according to standards (SAE), it is all pretty much anecdotal evidence.
In a never ending quest for a tonneau cover, it looks like Extang Trifecta 2.0 fits the bill for me:
Simple to install / easy to remove - I want to easily haul my dirt bike
No extra rails left when removed
Affordable
I understand the limitation of a "fabric" cover regarding security of what is...
Ended up ordering a B&W tow and stow, very happy with the build quality ... but ... I should have gotten the 7", the 5" barely drops low enough for my CTC :( So return it goes (if approved ?). Friend where trailer is stored off season (very graciously), called me to come move it since he is...
That looks very nice. Question though, how is theft prevented? Could one just not pull the pins holding the balls holder piece, and disconnect trailer from the TV?
My previous TV has a drop hitch which was setup for one trailer. With my PB, I'd like to have more options. I've been looking at (aluminium) adjustable drop hitches with revers-able 2" and 2 5/16" balls.
Anyone with suggestions with brands and models they had good luck with?
