I thought the 2024 F150 lightnings came from the factory with software 10.0 or something like that. Shouldn’t this update? Also be bringing us all of the 2024 features then? Stuff that we were missing like charging information showing on the dash screen while the car is plugged in?

6.14 to 10.0 seems like such a huge update for just karaoke. doesn’t this software also add things like pro power when the vehicle is off?

So far I’ve driven it home and it’s charging okay. 360 cam is good and camera still engages when close to something. hard to believe a bum laptop can cause those HV battery warnings and everything. Scary.

So far a happy ending on my truck. I picked my truck up today. They got all of the updates done. They said the issue was with the laptop they were using and when they tried a second laptop, everything went through fine.

Well, an update to my situation as I was able to pick up my truck the next day. They’ve got all of the C SP’s performed. They said the issue was with the laptop they were using and not my truck and once they switched laptops everything went fine.

I completely agree. Getting better at software wouldn't just mike the owners lives better, it would save the company a ton of money and time. This is ridiculously difficult.
