they're pretty great, no complaints. smooth, super quiet and seem capable offroad. i take them out on fire access and logging roads all the time with no issues.
no noticeable drop in efficiency, maybe a tiny bit but i also have 2" level.
they look about as good as you can for road tires, but...
i had costco install those michelins back in july 2022, neither costco nor their michelin folks had the truck in their system yet. there was a delay, the hangup was that there was no spec available on torque for wheel bolts yet and they would not install without confirmation.
eventually dealer...
now that everyone has come out with their ev offering, sierra denali ev is the only other one i could see myself in before second gen lightning comes off the line.
the sierra denali and a volvo ex90 for the wife are the only reservations i've held on to.

Don't hold your breath, I started the process back in June. As of yesterday they're still messing around trying to get the permits squared away. I had someone else come in to install the charger itself yesterday and canceled the Sun Run order.

from work was 2.3 mi/kwh before, 2.2 mi/kwh after. obviously not a controlled test, i'm not even...
getting some conflicting info, what documentation do we get to certify we qualify for the EV tax credit? seen references to getting a certification straight from automaker, other places references the dealership providing certification. my dealer says my tax preparer should magically be able...
will have better data points after a commute or two next week, but after one 15-mile trip around town and on freeway i did 2.6 mi/kwh, which is about same as before.
reporting back - 2 inch readylift level, ceramic (graphene?) coat, stock wheels with some pretty tame michelin defender ltx a/s tires, same size as stock.
in terms of efficiency, only one data point, a 15 mile trip, 2.6 mi/kwh. mixed highway and around town. obviously means nothing without a...
