My toggles were grayed out and no revision shown then yesterday I check and it was back to working auto updates were on and sync showed a revision and version. Looked at it today and back to being grayed out wtf! I show no updates received in months, makes no sense whatsoever.

My ota updates are also turned off and not working. It shows that its on the ford website but not in my truck I am still supposedly up to date with 1.4

I swear there was a post somewhere on this forum were a guy took his in for the same issue and he said it was fixed when he got it back from the dealership

Drbross21 What modules did you reset? Only the ones listed? I reset all but the DSM because i dont have it in the xlt and the seats still don't seam to be working. which BCM the battery or body control module? Thanks,
