    I'm jealous of everyone now. I have had my F150 Powerboost Platinum for a year and have not received any SW updates. Taking to dealer tomorrow for recall and to have them check it out to see why.

    I have yet to figure out what version I am on. The app, car and web site can not tell me what the last update was. I have checked that the truck is connected to my wifi and the schedule is set. I changed the schedule this week and am waiting to see if anything changes.
  8. Ford Pass not responding when setting secure alert

    I have been trying to set up a schedule for the Secure alert function and every time I try I receive "Sorry Ford Pass isn't responding try later". I have deleted and reloaded the app but have the problem. This has been going on for a month. Is anyone else having this issue?
