I did look at the link for updates. The link provides updates within the last 90 days and none were showing for the new Flash. I would assume there are some updates needed.
If I tinkered with Forscan the truck would end up bricked in my garage.

You have metal studs in the tires. My Lightning will walk up a hill that I can't becasue it is so slippery.
With studded tires you should be able to drive through walls. Are you pulling our leg?

My electric bill doubled as well, but the increase had nothinig to do with the truck. The fridgid temps in the NE was the culprit.
I use open trailers but went from a 16' to a 12' because of tail drag.
It appears you are in FL where things are relatively flat but if you want a longer trailer be mindful of the tail drag at your ingress or egress points.
