All Ford has to do is provide a dealer incentive to be used on the deferred orders not a retail rebate or PCO.

Ford needs to discount the purchase price not proxide a rebate or Exclusive Cash Reward/PCO. Rebates and other cash offers are taxable in many states.

Unfortunately Dealers were able to front load any of their preferred/VIP customers with a reservation to the front of the order line. I guess thats lucky if your the person that reserved late in 21 and still got to order a 22 Lightning. Also some Dealers charged reservations holders $10-$40K...

Ok Granger has confirmed what many on this forum have been saying for a month. An order with allocation can currently be moved from an ADM dealer to another dealer and be built. It would be poetic justice if the ADM dealer also loses their allocation for violating Fords guidance on not selling...
