True, but I hate doing this when the truck is dirty. Risk of scratching the paint and getting yourself dirty.
Again, this is a minor thing, but I find it odd that Ford didnāt put a more accessible button in the bed.
Not sure exactly how one would do this, but wondering if anyone with the full power tailgate has thought about a bed-mounted button?
I know itās first-world problems, but I find it a pain to either reach for the key buried in your pocket, or feel around for the button in the tailgate handle...
Honestly I think itās just a small bug with Sync 4 because mine does the same but with Apple Car Play (iPhone Xs). Wonāt happen for days and then itāll happen multiple times in one trip. Happens far more frequently when Iām connected wirelessly fwiw
Awesome info and write up! I would love to do this as I use the front camera to pull in tight to my garage wall. Having the camera come on automatically would be great!
Does anyone know if the sensors can be ordered in a specific color? I doubt it but would hate to get them painted and then...
Has anyone been able to come up with the different harness P/N's for non-tremor (dual bumper exhaust) trucks? My dealers locally have been less than helpful on this. I'd love to order a harness but not 100% sure which one to get now... Thanks!
Thatās exactly what Iām after. I want to be able to use the yaw sensor AND the TPMS/camera all together. So am I to assume that the suggested F250 harness will NOT work then?
Just got off the phone with my local parts and he is saying that this wiring harness is out of stock....EVERYWHERE? I find that hard to believe, but has anyone ordered in the last couple of days?
Also, has anyone with a new-build 2022 and the wiring harness with 8 pins populated checked the...
This is amazing info, thank you to everyone for all the work figuring this out.
Off to buy the harness and full camera kit for my Job2 2021 with only 2 wires in the plug currently.
Has the OEM Ford bed divider changed at all from the previous gen? I want to get one and have found one out of a 2015. Itās a bit of a drive so I donāt want to show up and find out it doesnāt fit.
Any insight is appreciated!
Wondering what psi everyone is running in their load range E tires? I currently have K02ās that are rated at 80psi max cold and I am running them at 50psi when unloaded. Is this good/bad/personal taste?
Dealership had them at 40psi when they installed the tires at delivery but I felt like...
I like psi for pressure but yes, Ford uses kPa. I wish there was a way to change the values on the instrument cluster to be all metric with the exception of tire pressure and boostā¦nobody actually uses kPa lol.
I was more stating that the widget says itās psi but appears to show the value in kPa.
This is amazing, thank you so much for the effort!
The only thing in noticed in mine is that the tire pressures show up wrong. I am using the āMETRICā option though so maybe itās something messed up with that portion of the coding? Everything else appears correct.
Iām interested in further explanation on this as wellā¦I too cannot make sense of it for some reason lol.
I went from the stock 275/60/20 to a 285/60/20, so while not a huge change, I know itās still out by 1-2mph at 60mph.
Looks great! Thanks for the info as we have almost identical trucks. Which air bags did you go with? Thinking about theses as well to keep it level when towing.
