I used the spreadsheet for the ICE F150 to identify which values need to change then used the "Livnitup" spreadsheet to identify what value I had and what I should change it to. The Lightning uses about 80% the same changes as the ICE F150 but there are a few important changes.
Not that I can think of. I believe all lightnings have the necessary camera system that is uses for lane keep assist. The only thing missing really is the radar unit. I will be installing on a friends 2023 Pro next week and will report back.
Can't find a good picture of this harness but it says w/o front park aid on the parts store. I don't know of a lightning without parking sensors though.

This guide will assist you in adding the radar unit and Forscan values to add Adaptive cruise control with Stop and Go, along with Lane Keeping. Please do not attempt without understanding how Forscan works, I ran into some issues that can disable the truck if you are not careful. Okay, lets get...
Success!!! Everything is working 100% using the part list shared above. There was a specific order of enabling things with Forscan and some of the codes on the master ACC spreadsheet are wrong for the Lightning. I am going to put together a full guide in a new thread in the next day with details...
I made a new profile every time I applied settings hoping it would appear. Maybe I’ll see if I can load a profile for a different car and add it that way, thanks for the idea.
Fog lamps makes sense! Maybe Ill have to add those too now.
The front bumper is a bit different from the ICE F150 which is why it took me a bit longer. I started making a video but my battery died... Next time I take it apart ill try again.
Basically you remove all the bolts holding the frunk...
Ill probably start another thread but I received all the parts on Monday and have spent the last few days installing and attempting to get everything enabled in Forscan.
These are the parts I bought
Sensor Assembly: ML3Z-9E731-G
Mounting Bolts(3x): W720714S450B
Wiring Harness: ML3Z-15K867-NA...
Okay, I'm not crazy then. I discovered this yesterday and didn't remember it ever being there. Having CarPlay take the full screen is a huge upgrade for me since that is my primary navigation. Surprised it wasn't documented in the upgrade notes.
