This first EV by Toyota definitely seems like a mess. They’ll still sell every one.

I didn’t order the maverick, but lucked out as my local dealer had a buyer of a XL back out, so I took it in early January.
So it’s bare bones, didn’t even have cruise (I added it later by swapping out steering wheel switches and forscan), but overall it’s a pretty amazing vehicle. Agree on...
Totally agree. I guess it’ll come down to timing - by the time I can order one, will there be a plug in ranger or Tacoma announced? My maverick is getting 42mpg right now, and 50+ non-highway…so don’t really have to be in a huge rush.
230 would be fine, though it would certainly limit it’s use...
