This ^^^. Not a lot of pull-through chargers out there. And even when there are, you will still need to be willing to spend a pretty fair chunk of time sitting.
I've been thinking about this relative to my PB. Similar issues with load capacity. If you can live with a pop-up(both lighter and more aero), I think the 4WD Project M is a better option.

It's much lighter, and you could build it...
Bingo. The issue isn't torque to do the pulling. It's battery life. I can tell you from personal experience that my PB loses range in the cold. That issue is likely to be worse in the Lightning.
Well, you're not going to be running the cooktop/oven/grill that frequently, so I wouldn't be too concerned about that draw. Heater in cold temps and a big RV...that's a different story. A PB wouldn't wouldn't do as well with that kind of load. But on the other hand, people are setting it up so...
I've been thinking about this in the context of trailers. With the PB, and as more trucks come out with effectively "generator" capability, the need for propane, and associated tanks and weight, as well as potentially some battery weight might go down. Certainly for cooking you could see...
Mine is the aftermarket one, not the Ford version. No issues with the power tailgate opening and closing. And it's been pretty water tight, though I haven't had it in any extended hard rain storms.
The gaps at the back are pretty much entirely bottom and sides of the tailgate, not at the top...
I've been happy with the B&O Unleashed. Massive upgrade from the factory option I had in my previous 4Runner.
If you're coming from a very high power system with big woofers, and expecting to be able to let people a block away know that you're coming from the audio thumping...it's probably not...
I'd bet the Teslas and the MachE are a fair bit better from an aerodynamics standpoint than a truck. So if they are losing that much at 70+, it seems not unreasonable to bet the Lightning will lose more. Don't know about 40% though.
Feels like you might as well be asking if the engine is going to be stolen out of an ICE vehicle. It's theoretically possible, but because of how big and heavy it is and how complicated and lengthy the removal is likely to be, it being actually a problem is pretty unlikely.
Anyone that wants the...
I guess it's all about prior experience and expectations. I'm coming from a mid-range stock Toyota system on a 4Runner. The B&O Unleashed sounds a lot better than that.
It's also better than prior mid-range BMW systems I've experienced.
OTOH, if you're coming from a good custom system, it's...
Agree with this. Definitely improves the overall balance and sound. It still would be nice to have more individual speaker control so one could turn down the front center channel, but this adjustment made a big difference for me.
As far as overall sound, it's pretty darn good. A massive...
