At this time I would not plan on doing 150 mile trips with horses in an electric truck since you'll be lucky to even get a 150 mile range if you went from 100%-0% while towing which also isn't realistic.
paint jobs are all about how much prep/masking you have to do. If you're respecting the whole vehicle the same color I'd say an F-150 would run ~8K. If you're pulling it apart and changing color (and doing it right) I'd say more like 15.
While it's important to keep your weights proper the more important thing is how the setup actually handles. I've towed a lot of different trailers and some have only towed comfortably at 7-8% tongue weight while some needed over 15% to ride properly.
Are you just trying to pass the time waiting for your truck to come in? You could look up all the Powerboost 2.4kw questions on this forum or you know spend 30 seconds googling '2.4kw'
Having a mid-size fleet myself that already has 6 late model F-150’s in it I would probably would have ordered a Lightning in-Liu of the Maverick for one of my guys who drives ~50-80 miles per day. But with them not available and no real time table for the work truck I didn’t have much of a...
If they went away from the mustang louvres I could maybe get more behind them since they help with aero a ton. Some hypermilers build their own similar types to gain MPG's
That seems like a heavy wheel especially for a half ton. Even dropping 5-6 pounds of wheel would probably increase mileage a decent amount.
On edit* Two different stores are showing the tires as ~44.5-45 pounds which would put the wheel at more like 38 pounds which seems to be more inline with...
