I agree Ford should do more than what they are doing, however there policy is clear and has not changed. The invoice price is locked at the time of order as long as the same person who places the order makes the purchase. If someone else purchases the truck, the invoice price will be whatever...

I received my truck before the most recent price increase. It was for the full amount, which was only $5k at the time.

When the price increase of $5k was added to my account on Ford website, I called and spoke to the dealer and got in writing that it was not applicable to me, even though it was shown in my account. Yeah, no.....F$@k that... This whole thing has been such a mess. I just got my Price Protection check, but I am still pissed at the dealer for the way they handled it, but at least they didn't shaft me.

Do you know what that procedure is? Is it just adding it in the computer? or do you need the other 2 keyfobs? I lost one of mine and dont want to have to buy one just to install this thing....

I really dont understand how their math works. I have driven about 2500 miles with an average ~2.6 mi/kwh. Yet, my range always seems to assume ~2 mi/kwh. For example, if at ~50% range, it will say 100 miles range.

I was going to get it done on my truck, but the dealer is 30 mins away and when I went in for the appointment, they said they needed both keys to install....fffff I have since called around and others say you don't need both keys, but my dealer keeps insisting that they need...

Picked up my avalanche pro yesterday. Love it. Do not love the dealer. The GM was incredibly disrespectful and they would not price match up front. I did get them to sign something saying they would give me any price match that ford provides for my vehicle...
