Got the same story from my dealership. They told me that they had to charge it to 100% and run some diagnostic tests to see if the battery or any modules would need to be replaced. Said that the truck would be there for awhile and that a loaner would not be available.

Well there are 940 Lightnings being recalled for having misaligned battery electrodes that could cause a fire. Ford recommends only charging to 80% until fixed. Issue was identified in December.

It is amazing how slow Ford is to move on this. Originally they were supposed to contact dealers with the fix in Mid March. Then they were going to send out recall notices to customers at the end of March.
They haven't identified the fix yet...seem like it should be pretty simple, either...
I had the same issue yesterday. Fortunately I have the keypad. I thought it was just another bug in my truck. I just had the window door module over the air update. Maybe I will try disconnecting the 12 volt to see if that fixes it.
