    The bars on the roof of the cap were ordered as an option from the dealer, not ARE. Most dealers offer a canoe/ladder rack such a this as an option.

    Finally had the mid level cap installed today. Originally order in October 2020 from Leer, gave up and canceled that order last April. This cap is an ARE MX series ordered from Fibrobec near Montreal. Much better quality than my last Leer 180 cap.

    I called the supplier of Leer Caps in Montreal on Monday and they told me Leer had yet to make any of their caps available for 2021 F150s. Hopefully your news is more accurate than what I got from the dealer. I can wait all the way until week of Feb 15. DELIVERY DATE OF OUR TRUCK! WOO HOO!

    I don’t think so. Both the Trailer Tow package and Max Trailer Tow package include a class IV receiver hitch.

    I have a Leer 180 cap on order for my 6.5 box. Supplier told me that 2020 would not fit and 2021 model would be available in late December. I have not followed up with the Leer supplier as I don’t have a truck to install it on. Car dealerships in Quebec are closed until Feb 08 due COVID...
  19. XLT & Lariat Sport Tires: Closer Look at the Goodyear Wrangler Territory A/T

    The law in Quebec, where I live, requires 3PMSF tires from December 01 to March 15. Exceptions granted 7 day period for returning lease vehicles. Fine, demerit points and winter approved tires must be installed. I am hoping that our Lariat Sport 4x4 comes with the tire brand that is 3PMSF.
