This is disappointing. If we could get the ~800 mi/hr charge rate of the Ioniq 6, we could fully recharge in <30 minutes. That would be a significant improvement. Article is linked here:

Hi Christian, It turns out I was hitting the button for the rear bed light instead of the rear window switch that is located near the moon roof controls. That makes me the broken part. Thought I would share in case you were doing the same.....
So I got my $10K service done along with the long list of recalls (dash, heated steering wheel, back light bar, etc.) at Acton Ford during the first week of Dec. They did the work in 2 full days and gave me a F150 loaner. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would recommend. Since...
Hi Ivan. I live near you in Acton MA. I bought my lightning at Acton Ford, but have not used them yet for service on the lightning. I have used them for service on other non-ford vehicles and have been satisfied. I live very close to them, so this was my likely service destination. Do you...
It worked when I bought the truck, but stopped Working somewhere during the first 1000 miles. I push the button and nothing happens. I will get it looked at at10k maintenance, but since I still have 4000 miles till then, a, wondering what I might check to troubleshoot cause. I haven’t looked...
Thanks Benny - I just brought my '23 home two days ago and the dealer could not connect the app to the car or get access the the connected services menu.
I have an appt Tuesday afternoon - I may try this tomorrow since it seems to be a software issue effecting many of us at once.
Got the call from my dealer on Thursday the 29th that the truck had arrived. I bought it Friday, the 30th! Very happy that it made it within the year. Attached is a pic of her in the garage - a cozy fit! Love it so far!
Any ideas why it would take >2 weeks to put a truck on a train? I am struggling to understand what the destination charge covers and why Ford would estimate a fast delivery by 12/21 only to hold the truck for 2 weeks. Another let down of many I am afraid....
it is funny, before my wife and I even left the dealership, I asked her to step out and watch to see if my brake lights go on when I take my foot off the pedal. It was in normal mode, and they went on just as expected. We then continued with our weekend test drive and loved it.
I spoke to my dealer today and they didn’t think I would see the truck this year unless it ships in the next few days. I am outside Boston. 136/556 -Though I am not sure what that means.
I am test driving the truck over this weekend as I need to decide if I am willing to pay full price given...
thanks for nothing Ford! It would have been nice to hear Ford acknowledge and sympathize with us that this would be an impact of the AS tire shortage. If offered, I would have happily delayed in order to get the rebate. How do I see the sticker?
Got the formal email (attached) from Ford explaining the tire shortage and need to use All Terrain tires which impact range and max payload. I would be happy to delay my build until the All Seasons are available To get the MorEV credit. But with a build date, It looks like I need to decide if...
It would be a great opportunity for Ford to show customer appreciation! I would be happy to send them the tires if it meant it could be done for my truck build in ~ 2 weeks.
So after several conversations with my dealer and Ford Marketing (800-392-3673), it seems that Ford is experiencing a supply shortage on the All Season Tires and is changing configurations on the backend to the All Terrain tires without any communication to the buyers. I am not getting anywhere...
I just emailed the dealer. I signed an order agreement that specifies the "All season" tires and was never notified of any changes. I suspect they will do whatever they can.
I just saw that my order now has all terrain tires - must have been added by manufacturer. I wish they would tell me when something changes. I hope I can change it back.
