That’s interesting. We have bought three of these over the last month and a half for her vehicle fleet at work. I would say 90% of the ones we looked at were standard range batteries. We may have been filtering by price!

According to their own website, that kit is only for trucks with the extended range battery. I assume it's tuned specifically for the weight of those trucks. That does seem odd as I would assume MOST F-150 Ls don't have the extended range battery. Anyway.....that's what their website seems to...

Yeah…. I’m not particularly interested in messing around with the back end. Some good socks with SOME rebound damping would be great. In sedan/sports car world, some Koni FSDs works be great. Not sure they do trucks though.
