Having problems with the Fordpass app.
1. No charge history or live charging information. When actively charging, the app doesn't tell me how fast it's charging or accurately state the target SOC and time to target (always defaults to 100%).

Since yesterday I noticed an additional trip and distance being shown on my driving log. I definitely did the 9.3 yesterday morning but not the 16. The evening drive was definitely not 31 miles.
Has anyone else seen this? I think there was an update recently so maybe there’s a bug.
My FordPass app is no longer monitoring my charging status, updating ev driving log, or charge logs. This seems to align to my connected services/ Ford streaming trial ending. I didn’t see anything that said these features required Ford Connected Services.

Now, it appears it came preloaded with bluecruise, and the dealer claims it does, but it won't drop into handsfree.
