stuck

I was driving with my family with all the windows open and when we were going to start to hit the highway I started putting the windows up but for some reason the passenger rear window would not roll up. I thought maybe it had the child lock but after hitting all the buttons it would not come...

Looking to see if anyone has had this issue. I have a ‘21 F-150 Lariat. Center display constantly shows “Call Muted”. I am not in a call. I have tried the soft reset on the Sync4 and that did not clear the issue. Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks!
