Yes, when it's built, Ford will have sent an invoice to the dealer.
From there the dealer can see the completed build and look in Smart VINcent for your certificate.

Have been pretty busy for the last couple weeks and forgot to post my update.
Ford sent me email on 11/22 and moved my production date from 12/12 to 12/5. Blend date is 12/7.
340/887 according the window sticker. Still hoping to get this toy by the end of Dec 2022.

As much as I want that to be true I think it's VERY unlikely.... Almost impossible...

Yah unless your dealer is in MI which convoy delivery is fast.

CA rail delivery will take at least 2 weeks.

My Lightning took exactly 2 weeks on the rail with 3 weeks from build week.

Yeah it's not happening lol I'm in North Carolina but there's no way. I think I saw someone in 11/21 build week getting a delivery estimate of 12/21-24 shipped yesterday

BTW, my first Ford was a 1964 ford Galaxie 500 in Antimatter Blue but they called it Guardsman Blue

BUTTT.......have you seen the general thread about being able to purchase on-line at Ford ?
Screenshot appears to be legit and timely.... even looks like a Pro with Private offer included....

So...maybe be able to buy after dealer is invoiced puts me paying in 2022.....This could be interesting !

If you are talking about THIS thread, it looks like, your truck has to be at the dealer to initiate this so there is no time advantage and it looks like you will not be able to apply PCO and as much as I love to minimize interaction with dealer, seeing the truck in person especially having not even seen any in person for me is not a bad idea.

Ah..Damnit Maxx ...You are probably right and I just had a case of wishfull thinking...I'll blame in on the beer and excitement.
